Wall prep by JM Inc begins in mid-May. The mural painting will take place this summer once overnight temperatures start to rise.

We hosted a town hall on May 8 to give our owners and community an opportunity to see the mural and hear from Sam and Adam.

We are so happy to announce that Sam Zimmerman of Crane Superior Studio and Adam Swanson of Adam Swanson Art will be painting a mural on the First Street (north) side of the Co-op building THIS SUMMER!
Both are well known and beloved by many and we’re thrilled they’ll be beautifying our wall and honoring the original indigenous inhabitants of the North Shore. Please join us for a town hall to learn more about their design and vision.
