When you visit the Co-op you’ll find a variety of grocery store favorites as well as new and interesting items. Everything on our shelf is chosen by real humans who live in our community. We have packaged grocery and bulk items as well as options for wheat-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan diets.
Bread
There is no set schedule for bread deliveries and we bring it out as quickly as we can. Promise! We get small quantities to keep everything fresh. We can not hold or set aside bread.

We receive a variety when the truck arrives, typically in the afternoon. Breads include: Pain au Levain (sourdough), Cranberry Walnut Sourdough, Kalamata Olive Sourdough, Garlic Asiago, Wonderful White, French Batard (like a baguette but shorter)

Bulk Items
Buying in bulk is great for your budget and the environment, since there’s less packaging required. Plus, you can sample small amounts before committing to a large quantity.
The bulk section is full of great buys for your pantry. We stock both conventional and organic items like:

– trail mix
– cereals and granola
– coffee and tea
– beans, grains and rice
– nuts and seeds
– flour and sugar
