Produce Manager, Full-time
The role of the Produce Manager is a quintessential position at the Coop. They are responsible for creating a welcoming environment for the entire store as well as providing high quality, fresh, local and organic produce options. Other responsibilities include managing department staff and schedules, ordering, and quarterly inventory. This position is responsible for collaborating with the Operations Manager and General Manager as well as administration functions (HR, Finance, Marketing, POS) to ensure strong organizational alignment and communications.
Starting Wage: $25-28/hr D.O.E.
Required Hours: FT 5 days a week, 35-40/week, evenings + weekends
