Part-Time Cashier

Basic Requirements:
– Ability to provide excellent customer service; both internal and external
– Ability to lift 50 lbs.
– Ability to stand for long periods of time

Basic Responsibilities

• Provide consistent excellent customer service
• Responsible to complete opening/closing procedures accurately while safeguarding Co-op assets
• Attention to detail and accuracy while at the cash register
• Assisting customers with returns, membership information and registration, and other needs
• Assist with customer special orders
• Promote monthly “Round-Up” cause
• Basic cleaning support in the front-end and surrounding areas
• Basic stocking support in neighboring departments
• Answering phone calls
• Flexibility in scheduling. Schedule may be a combination of shifts and days of the week, per the needs of the department. Days (8:30 – 4:30), afternoons (11:30 – 7:30), weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), and holidays (closed New Year’s, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas days).
• Ability to remain calm in emergency, stressful or difficult situations
• Responsible to comply with and complete directives assigned by Management

Part-time Produce Stocker 

Stockers ensure product availability and provide prompt and friendly customer service. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service, attention to detail, problem solving, adaptability, and reliability.

$17.50/Hr. – D.O.E.
