Key Changes for 2024
Based on feedback from last year, we’re updating a few things…

– Entry will be through the side door on the patio to ensure everyone is checked in and gets drink tickets; other doors will be locked.
– Registration will have have 3 lines segmented alphabetically for faster flow.
– Main room will be theatre style so it’s easier to move around.
– More allergen-friendly options at the taco bar.
– Seconds won’t start until 6pm so latecomers still get to eat.
– Kids will need to join an activity or be with their parent or caretaker.

Food & Drink: TACO BAR! One drink ticket for beer or wine per owner account. Adrian and the deli crew will have mains, fixins and sides to make some of the best tacos in Cook County. We’ll have allergen-options for vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free folks. We’ll have a co-op owner signature mocktail as well.

Water bottles + utensils: You are welcome to bring your own cutlery, plates and water bottles. We’ll also have bamboo cutlery available (they wash up nicely!).

Kids: Kevin – the Muffin Man – from Drury Lane Books will be on hand to engage kids in an interactive story creation activity. Kids will need to join an activity or be with their parent or caretaker.

Music (5-6pm): Americana duo Jonathan Steckelberg (bass) and Drew Heinonen (guitar/vocals) will play from 5-6pm.

Business Meeting (6-6:40pm): Hear about our year and plans for the future.

Prizes (6:40-7pm): Gift cards, fun co-op items, and more
